Vehicle Dynamics engineer at TATA MOTORS Offshore Development Centre for passenger vehicles (experience of 2.9 years).

Performing SLA simulations for component level load extraction.
• Tuning of suspension Performance by performing K&C simulations and metrics
extraction.
• Simulating full vehicle handling steady state and transient state simulations in MSC
ADAMS with understanding of metrics and their interdependencies.
• Executed 4 POSTER RLDA in MSC ADAMS car using ACAR ride testrig.
• Performed force extraction for components from virtual RLDA for fatigue analysis.
• Worked on parking steering effort estimation from tire pressure and contact patch
size.
• Conducted Hardpoint optimization (DOE) in MSC ADAMS Insight to achieve K&C
metric targets such as TCD, Ackermann percentage, and Parking effort.
• Built 16 DOF model in MSC ADAMS view for damper tunning to achieve vehicle ride
targets.
• Performed steering wobble, modal mapping, brake pull and torque steer simulations
in MSC ADAMS Car.
• MSC ADAMS macro creation for metric extraction and automation.
• Experience in Model building in ADAMS car template builder and MSC ADAMS
View.
• Built a two-track vehicle model in Python to execute sensitivity analysis of
suspension parameters in steady-state and transient handling.
• Offered solutions to suspension designers to enhance vehicle handling performance
by adjusting suspension parameters.
• Optimized understeer budgeting process by improving the measurement of
suspension characteristics, including compliance steer, roll steer, and aligning
moment steer.
• Optimized process of Dimensional Variation Analysis for chassis brackets in
ADAMS Car to accurately monitor and control variations in suspension
characteristics, while preserving the dimensions of machine-manufactured parts.
• Developed an Excel-based tool to adjust spring stiffness and anti-roll bar (ARB)
diameters to optimize ride frequencies and roll gradient of the vehicle
