I am an accomplished and customer oriented professional with more then ten years of experience in the managerial level holding different position like Catering Manager/Kitchen Manager/Resident Manager & Project Manager. My responsibilities included preparing menu within the budget, cost control, monitoring and following food safety measures and train manager's and supervisors from different department to provide complete client satisfaction. And maintain a close relationship with the client to build an effective business process.

I have more then15 years of experience  with different companies and around 8 years of experience in catering operation in Oman with Renaissance Services both in interior location and capital area. While much of my experience has been in the industrial catering field in the interior location where we had to  provide services to more then 2000 mandays, which includes indoor and outdoor event.  My last posting was with Ministry of Health Oman Govt hospital in the capital area(Muscat) as a Project Manager handling 3 hospitals which included catering/ laundry/cafeteria/resturant & housing keeping services. I was also in the operation support team for the FIFA event held at Muscat, Oman 2021 for the qualifying match.

I have completed my graduation in 2001.
