Usha Kiran

I am passionate and dedicated educator with a mission to inspire and empower her students to reach their full potential. With over a decade of teaching experience, I have honed my skills in creating engaging and dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. I am committed to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. I believe that every student is unique and possesses inherent talents waiting to be nurtured. I am dedicated to make a positive impact extending beyond the academic realm, as I believe in instilling values such as empathy, kindness, and resilience in my students.

I started my career as a preschool teacher way back in 2008, and moved on to a leadership role, heading the branch of Podar Jumbo Kids(Early Years) Bangalore. Exploring my interests further, I joined as a primary teacher handling grades 1 to 5. It has been a paradigm shift for me to inquire about different curricula throughout my journey. 

I have completed Master of Arts in Sociology and CIDTT (Cambridge University,UK).Currently I am pursuing PGDE course from University of Fairview,Malaysia.
