- Handling 10 daily MIS dashboards using Excel, and VBA for productivity and pendency monitoring, 2 weekly Sales Reports and 3 monthly business review reports for all 7 clients
- KPI reports generation for all different projects for different quality parameters using Excel and VBA
- Reporting and dashboard presentation on Power BI / Google Sheets / Excel.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance also RCA Follow up and updates form Ops Team
- Prepare, analyse, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
