1.  Transition taken from Australian team  team for Australia, New Zealand and from Poland team for France region T&E (Pilot Process). 
2.  Review and approve claims of employees while ensuring expenses comply with travel policies. (Supporting to overseas business mainly includes Australia, New Zealand , UK and France) 
3.  Part of Concur implementation team for UK country. 
4.  Track timeliness of expenses not submitted by employee. 
5. Send chaser email to employee to get claims submitted timely. 
6.  Working on Generic mailbox of Travel and Expenses, ensure to revert it withing TAT. 
7. Raise new credit card request for employee, Work on enhancing credit limit & etc.…
8.  Prepare monthly accruals for 4 units and send them before closing of period. 
9.  Prepare monthly accrual raw data files for 3 units and post them before closing. 
10.  Conducting training for new joiner. 
11. SOP creation and update the same as per new changes in the process. 
12.  Delegate the access to another person on behalf. 
13.  GLSU creation and posting. 
14.  Automation on the reporting part. 
15.  Missing receipt notification, Card expiration notification.
16. Rectifying the Idoc errors and process it in PA2 
17. Doing Bank Statement reconciliation on a Monthly basis.
18.  SAP using T-code 1) PHR Land scape -SBWP, ZP329, ZP309, ZP308, PR05, PRMD, PRCCD
19. PA2 Land scape-F-44, FK02, XK02, BD87
20. Creating vendor for the new employees.
21. Making payments proposals for all the cash transactions.
22. Doing Blackline reconciliation for France units.
23. Preparing Remittance File.
24. Arranging employee education programs.
25. Arranging advances if its urgent need for the employee.
26. Processing reports on Concur as well for UK and France unit.
27. I was the part of Concur implementation program for UK unit .
