Vanita Koushik

To give you a quick glimpse of my profile, I have done my Masters (MCA) from GGSIP University, Delhi in 2006. Since then I have been associated with Edtech and Technology space around it. I started my career as Training & L&D consultant and soon did grow to Project Management (Non-IT). I have many projects and success stories in my long transitions and career.

During my career as a professional, I’ve earned a reputation as:
> A “EEVV expert”: As you may hear phenomenon EEVV is eagle's eye & vultures vision. With my skills and knowledge that spans delivery to management, I developed a fine eye for Project Management with minimal slippages.

> A tough timelines manager: I’ve helped my teams deliver projects on tough timelines. With a little planning and risk mitigation, we managed to deliver with minimal comprise on the quality.

> Customer's fav: Strong communication and better presentation skills, made me popular among customers and was asked to be retained if transitions ever happened.
