I graduated from a joint Executive MBA program from Brown University and IE Business School (IE Brown EMBA) in May of 2022 (ranked 3rd best globally by The Economist – 2021 edition). I have spearheaded GTM strategies which starts at back-end partnerships all way to front-end partnerships for brand building.  For example, I spearheaded new partnerships and led business development efforts through mutually beneficial relationships with key market intermediaries through data-driven endorsements such as pro formas, forecasts and building rapport with key executives of various external organizations.  These partnerships resulted in lowering the overall per-unit economics by 30% at Synapse which is a BaaS player (FinTech).  Along with managing the cost structure, I was responsible for P&L which I performed by creating and launching new products enabling the sales team to onboard $20 million in new deposits on a monthly basis which equates to an increase of 70% in annual revenue.  Hand-in-hand I was also instrumental in building a robust payment infrastructure using an issuer bank, card processor and card network (e.g. Mastercard) to provide payment solutions to B2B and B2B2C FinTechs in the payments space.  Furthermore, through effective recruiting techniques, I have been instrumental in creating robust sales, engineering, and compliance teams.

I constantly lead a wide variety of cross-functional teams, influence board members and executives to help develop agreed upon milestones that all teams are to adhere to. I have also been responsible for holding QBRs with enterprise clients to better understand their pain points and their future demands.  Moreover, I develop KPIs to measure success which are used as a follow-up tool to the OKR meetings with the internal teams.  This combination of QBRs and OKRs have enabled me to maximize customer delight for various financial products at every stage, thereby maximizing the bottom line.
