A team member with strong organisational, interpersonal and management skills. I have managed design teams whilst coaching and mentoring colleagues developing interpersonal skills to bring out the strengths within a design team.

I can add value in a permanent or freelance capacity, used to working within fast paced environments, in-house or externally.

My strengths are trending and forecasting, print and colour, developing ranges, processing the latest trends into commercially viable garments. I work combining managerial responsibility &/ or direct sales liaison with the Customer/ Buyer.
