Hi, my name is Vedika! I am a compassionate mental health professional who is equipped to help you find emotional balance, and navigate through your rollercoaster of emotions and life challenges with confidence and clarity. My professional experience spans multiple areas within psychology, from supporting neurodivergent children at special needs schools in London to providing psychological aid to young and older adults facing mental health concerns at the National Health Service (NHS) England. I have worked alongside multidisciplinary teams, learning how to apply evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and tailoring treatments to meet individual needs. I am also trained in Applied Behavioural Analysis(ABA) and skilled to work with children who grapple with developmental issues such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) and dyslexia. I believe in creating an inclusive, non-judgmental space where individuals can feel understood and empowered to explore their challenges and work towards their personal growth. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, which means I integrate different therapeutic modalities such as CBT, mindfulness and Person Centred Therapy(PCT) to support you. Whether you are struggling with stress, looking to achieve balance between your work commitments and personal life, navigating through challenges in relationships, or working on building your self-esteem, I am here to help you achieve these goals. In my free time, I find balance and rejuvenation through writing poetry and baking.
