Sir, I am Venkata Tilak Uppalapati, completed M.S in structural
engineering from the esteemed University of Sheffield (Global
Ranking is 71 in The Civil Engineering), which is better in the
International ranking than IIT's and IISc Bangalore. I completed
my pre-PhD in structural engineering in VIT, Chennai, and am
about to complete my Ph.D. Coming to job experience, 14 years of
experience working as an associate professor in Civil Engineering
and as a Structural Research Engineer too at The University of
South Carolina. Moreover, I have good experience as a Structural
Designer and 15+ years of experience in teaching competitive
exams like IES and GATE exams too in online and offline mode.
I teach Structural Analysis, Steel Structures, Concrete Structures,
Construction Materials and Management, and Engineering
Mechanics for Competitive exams like GATE and ESE. 
Coming to competitive exams coaching, so far for GATE and
ESE, I taught on behalf of different Edtech companies like Byju's,
Unacademy, GATEFORUM, Testbook.com, IES-GATE Academy
etc. Totally, I have 15+ years of teaching experience. In addition
to this, I published nine international journals in different reputed
publications and have experience in teaching post-graduate students
also in University. Furthermore, I have great experience in Building
the Civil Engineering Department at GATEFORUM, STEN collage.
Moreover, I have rich experience in Building Edtech companies from
scratch in academics by developing the methodology of pedagogy. 
Coming to project management experience, I have rich experience
in managing the large scale projects including predictive, hybrid
and agile projects. Agile projects, I have experience in the Edtech
companies like the Reliance Jio Embibe. Managing the project includes all different
phases like initiating, planning, scheduling, monitor and controlling
the project and closing the project. I have strong experience in
sensitive areas of project management like risk management and
people management very well.
