Trained in Remote Technical Support, Skype Server Administration, Support and Deployment. A technical mind suited well for organizing information, troubleshooting, problem-solving, Team player and process flow. Seeking to provide expert technical support to enterprise organizations as the L3 tech support engineer. 

I have completed my diploma in computer engineering after 10th + 2 +3. and recently I have earned Microsoft Office 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate certification.
