I am Veno Bharathi from chennai.I worked at HCL Technologies from February 2022 to December 2023 as a Customer Service Representative.My role involved handling international claims and denials management for Durable Medical Equipment under the provider side. I also worked on improving customer experience by designing loyalty programs and service procedures that boosted customer satisfaction and retention.I am a quick learner, team-oriented, and always ready to take on new challenges.
