• Follow-up with candidates for Client Evaluation Schedules/Re-schedules, and also on updates before and after the Evaluation.
• Assuring the recruiters are maintaining good relation with consultants for future requirements.
• Coordinating directly with the onsite Manager and offshore Service Delivery Personnel on Updates, feedback etc.
• Responsible for Meeting Daily and Monthly Team Targets
