Hi,
I have an overall experience of 10yrs and 3 months in various domains and have been in various roles.I have worked in domains like Insurance, ecommerce and ERP applications.
I have been in core Quality Analysis of softwares and applications since the beginning of my career. Later, on joining G4S IT Services India Pvt. Ltd. 7yrs back, I was provided different roles, like leading quality teams of different modules, working with business analysts closely to form and reason on all requirements coming from the stakeholders as an SME of the ERP security application.
Meanwhile, I have worked closely with CXO level leadership, developers and devops teams, deep diving into reported issues and finding solutions.
As of now, I am working as Principal Devops Consultant for the past 1.5yr, using my expertise as an SME and resolving issues on multiple country production environments.
Over the years my technical stack has varied : GCP, Databases like SQL Server, mySQL and mongoDB, JIRA , Confluence, Kibana, VM logs(Linux/Unix), Kibana, Selenium with C#, CodedUI in Visual Studio, MTM, etc.
My expertise have also reached to Oracle HCM environment where I do data loads and analysis on failures.
