- Validation and upload of SOW, PO, Contract, MSA, rate card.
- Accounts Receivable management, AR report tracking, and client communication.

- Contractual Documents verification:
Detailed review of Purchase Order (PO), Statement of Work (SoW), Master Services Agreement (MSA). Fieldglass 
documents etc.
Verification of contractual Terms – Buyer & Seller address, Currency, Start & Due date, Payment terms, Tax and 
discounts (if applicable).
- Creating contractual records or validating existing system details as per customer contractual documents and 
Project teams inputs. 
- Generating invoices in SAP and sharing finalized copies of them with respective Stake holders.
- Processing Non-PO revenue recognition (WIPs) with necessary approvals as per company policy.
- Resolving clients queries, through PM’s, regarding overdue payments.
- Monthly revenue report discussion with manager and team coordinators.
