Involved in Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO Execution) - NPI, NCR, Design change, Supplier Deviation Report, RCA, As-Built, Continuous Improvement, Cost-out projects.
Responsible for the creation and Management of Product Structure/Master BOM from the NX Assembly Models for the whole offshore wind turbine products.
Carrying out Model Based Definition (MBD) – 3D mapping the function names of each part in Master BOM to the corresponding instances in assembly model, which helps in Manufacturing assembly sequence and operation sequences.
Conducting / Participating in Change Control Board (CCB/CIB) meetings with all stakeholders to present the ECO updates and approving it.
Conducting / Participating in Collaboration and Development meetings with all stakeholders to discuss the scope of the change and finding out feasible solutions to implement it.
Checking lightweight models of assembly models to ensure the interface correctness with surrounding/mating components using JT2Go.

Creating and Managing Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM).
Creation of Engineering Parts and it’s definition (Part specification) and Manufacturing Parts for MBOM.
Creation of Engineering Markups for each ECO to update Unit BOM.
Service BOM (SBOM) – Creation of Spare Parts (Vendor parts) and updating Service BOM.

Creating Problem Reports for Data Issues, Spare Part Creation, Part Creation, Part Update, Part Obsolescence, and Item Relationships.
Implementing required solutions for Problem Reports and signing off to close those PRs.
Spare parts – Creating and maintaining Vendor spare parts for components.
Inventory Management/ Item Relationships – Part obsolescence and creating Item Relationships (IR) between parts.
Parts standardization for cost saving and inventory reduction.
