academic experience with expertise in cell line development, gene therapies, and cancer research. I am interested in 
exploring the field of immunology, gene editing, and their clinical applications.

 To develop and streamline high-producing clones by using CHO expression platforms for biosimilar (mAbs) 
production.
• Clone generation using high throughput image-based system with monoclonality assurance. 
• Batch study and validation using generational stability study. 
• Cryo banking and optimization of controlled rate freezer for MCB establishment in GMP facility. 
• TLA-NGS-based monoclonality assessment of MCB for legacy molecules. 
• Bridging cross-functional stakeholders for laboratory layout designing and equipment commissioning. 
• Strategizing and optimizing workflow to meet tight deadlines for high-priority projects.
