Experience
- Responsible for overall Management of the Production Sites including Incident Management, Account Management, Release Deployments, and general maintenance of live Production sites.
- Reviewing and Validating product issues raised by BRMs.
- Release Management - Work with PMO, QA & Development to ensure the deployment of new releases are scheduled.
- Work with Configuration team to schedule and manage weekly fast track configuration releases.
- Backend Error monitoring, logging the production issues based on priority.
- Manage production system performance monitoring and reporting.
- Management of Client & Internal Reports.
- Testing of Sysnet’s web-based security platforms (Qualys, HT Bridge and Security headers tests).
- Management of Penetration Tests - Schedule & Manage Penetration Tests by working with Risk Assurance & IT teams.
- Management of production disaster recovery systems.
- Management of Internal and third-party applications like ASV & Device Scan Management Systems, Online chat application.
- Schedule and manage bi-monthly, quarterly and half yearly security scans like internal scans, PCI vulnerability scans and web application firewall scans.
- Manage Contact Centre Systems like Zipwire, Injixo, Qstory, Noble in creation of IVRs, accounts, services and campaigns as requested.
- Write basic SQL queries to pull data from the database and provide to client for his queries.
- Using Nagios Monitoring tool efficiently to maintain the website SLA's. Creating tickets.
- Ensuring Process compliance and desired quality deliverables for multiple client accounts.
- To utilize available resources as per the contractual requirements to be able to deliver as per client expectation and to drive actual performance.
- Responsible for smooth transitioning of accounts having presence across the globe and making them go live in production environment as per LBS module.
- Providing expert input and direction to the team in their day-to-day activities and keeping an eye towards identifying and responding to new & changing business needs.
- Managing and monitoring change requests/RFCs which involve desktop technicians.
- Manage Service-related escalations and to identify & address root cause of the issue.
- Provide fact-based guidance regarding the scope of assigned services for all accounts.
- Facilitate the capture of detailed business requirements, as needed, to support changes within service.
- Work collaboratively to define, prioritize and execute on continuous improvement plans.
- Represent the team on account specific meetings as required; actively engage additional members of the team as needed to support delivery of the service. Selective reporting to various clients as per account standards.
- Managing post onboarding responsibilities from allocating their accounts based their capabilities, training, helping them with asset setup and buddy-up with present staff to get them in production.
- Leveraging resources on multiple accounts to achieve a high productivity and better results.
- Grooming resources and their orientation towards future aspirations.

- Graduated from RVR Institute of Engineering and Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the year 2012
