I am an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of excellence in the Training and Development for 21 years of which 5 years initial years in corporates like Reliance, HSBC and Deutsche Bank and then 10 years in academics in the role of a Faculty trainer for professionals across PES University campus. Other than the core responsibilities, I also held various administrative responsibilities for the organisation's development like Organizing Seminars, Conferences Industry Interactions, Branding activities, Management Development Programmes for revenue generation, Recruiting personnel,  Appraisals, Evaluation etc. In my second stint as a T&D professional at Sunstone, an Edtech company, I managed the end to end T&D operations for the South India Cluster and demonstrated my leadership abilities successfully by ensuring the deliverables exceeded the expectations in the form of placements leading to revenue generation. As an individual contributor, I also am a skilled professional in leading curated sessions in Leadership, Public Speaking and various curriculum related sessions in alignment with industry needs. I also possess a strong education and administration background, with an expertise in setting up Development Centres in organisations independently. Personally, I possess a calm demeanor and strong instincts, skilled in handling any situation with Poise and finesse.

I hold my MBA in Marketing from Andhra University, PGDM in Development centre management from ISTD and pursuing PhD from Rayalaseema University.
