  • Worked as the supervisor to all types of customer services, maintenance, employee instruction procedures and display products etc.
  • Carried out stock inventory and was in charge of stock control.
  • Provide essential supervision to over 100 staff members.
  • Managed stock out and recovering during and after business hours.
  • Has experience of operations and payroll in store.
  • Had to solve all customer and staff queries.
  • Was in charge of health and safety in store having done first aid at work course from St John’s ambulance.
