Tumor Risk Prediction – Gene + Clinical Data
Created a full-stack ML pipeline from Excel preprocessing to MySQL ingestion and dbt automation. Achieved ROC AUC of 0.78 using Logistic Regression, with model explanations via SHAP and Permutation Importance.
