  • Configuring network printers and handling printer-oriented issues.
  • Providing infra support to Video conference, Cisco WebEx & Zoom, Teams web meeting. 
  • New PC Building with full restrictions as per client requirement
  • Maintain the customer escalations and resolved as timeline.
  • Well knowledge to handling Auditorium VC and A/V equipment.
  • New Data Center Implementation, managing LAN cable infrastructure, Data, and voice Termination in Mylan.
  • Installing data cables, testing cable networks, troubleshooting complaints, monitoring cable performance and overseeing contractor work, setting priorities, and coordinating work schedules.
  • Well known voice riser cable panel 25pair,50pairs, 100pairs termination
  • Maintain server rack and monitoring room temperature.
