Right form the onset of my career I have always been intrigued by bringing imagination to insight. Consequently, I delved headfirst into the engineering industry where I engage practical skills and apply scientific principles to solve problems in society and develop formidable solutions that form the structure for operations within companies. My career transcends generating income. It is a true expression of my passion, life purpose and creativity. Consequently, I am meaningfully inspired, profoundly engaged and constantly fulfilled. I am a uniquely skilled Engineer with a green thumb for steering and evaluating projects from inspection, feasibility, design, construction and supervision of civil works procedures and specifications pertaining concrete, earthworks, pile foundation and associated works whilst balancing stakeholder’s interests, addressing changing needs and managing the dynamics of change.
Experience
I am working over the construction of a five star shopping complex in Seychelles(East Africa), involving site establishment, Procurement, Structural RCC, earthwork and includes detailed finishing. Key Contributions: Supervised and coordinated the works at site in order to ensure timely achievement of milestones. Monitored the quality control and assurance at site in order to ensure quality optimization. Planned and ensured economic allocation of resources hence achieved completion of tasks within budget. Compiled daily and periodic progress reports for the works being executed. Monitored the consumption and stock of critical material at site, which ensured avoidance of delays resulting from material shortage as well as avoiding wastage of material. Interpreted the drawings and participated in joint inspection of the works with the consulting engineers.
