- Completed my 6-month internship at the Marriott hotel in Whitefield, Bangalore, India.(In these 6 months I have learned many skills including time management and efficiency. I got the chance to work in many Cuisines and stations in this time period from Asian to Continental and I have learnt to blend flavors because of this as well and how to respect traditional flavors profiles)
- Won 3rd place and a bronze medal in Incredible Chefs Challenge 2022.
- Certified as an internal auditor on food safety management as per ISO 22000-2018 by Intertek.
