With over a year and a half of experience at ServiceNow, I have played a pivotal role in enhancing the user interface of the products page, specifically the All Available Applications section. Noteworthy accomplishments include implementing pagination strategies, resulting in a significant reduction of page loading time from 120 seconds to a remarkable 3 seconds.

My diverse skill set extends to web development, where I successfully crafted a website for a dental hospital using Next.js and Tailwind CSS. Additionally, I innovatively integrated Google reCAPTCHA as a drag-and-drop widget for the ServiceNow Service Portal page, enhancing security and user experience.

In collaboration with agile sprint planning, I have effectively addressed customer case tasks, incidents, and contributed to various projects involving the construction of URLs to Nexus and facilitating the download of artifacts on the ServiceNow instance.

I hold a robust educational background, having graduated with a remarkable 9.8/10 GPA in my 10th-grade Secondary School Certificate. Progressing into science, I excelled in my Intermediate studies, specializing in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, achieving an impressive 97.7 percentage. My academic journey reached its pinnacle at the prestigious National Institute of Technology Warangal, where I earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a commendable 7.55/10 CGPA.
