Preparation of Project Quality Procedures as per Project / Contract & Customer requirements.

•      Managing QA/QC Activities such as -Audit, NCR, ITP.Procedures, formats, vendor Performance evaluation & presentation / reporting to                                           

         Management. Managing and Guiding  Quality team members                                                            

•       Inspection activities in site like Welding/Painting, Testing (Hydro), corrosion and Cathodic protection system, Pre- commissioning and commissioning activities based on the site requirement. Water flushing, air blowing, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, lube oil flushing, and system leak test. Mechanical completion walk down, Punch list preparation and liquidation Blind management, Final box-up for static equipment’s, participating in MC walk down and liquidating the punch points raised in concern with the assigned discipline. 

•      Performing Vendor Assessment and Audit (Internal, site & Vendor).

•      Preparation of Quality Weekly reports and Monthly reports for management.

•      Involving in inter discipline checks for Engineering Procedures, Specification, Purchase requisition & TBE – Commodities / items handled                

         Piping, valves, structural, packages.

•      Effectively involving in the contract review stage for the project consolidated the areas to be clarified or defined.

•      Participated to a greater extract during the pre-order technical evaluation stage of various piping, valve, equipment and structural 

         Orders.

•      Participated in Kick of Meeting & elaborated the project requirements to vendors effectively.

•      Vendor documents review after Post order (ITP, NDE, Hydro, PMI, Welding, Coating & all quality related Procedures) accordance with 

        Project, code requirements.

•      Prepare, issue of inspection packages to TPI inspector and resident inspector.

•      Monitoring the activities at vendor locations on day-to-day basis with the support of resident Inspector, Expediter and Project Engineer 

         And resolving any issues which are highlighted.

•      Review filed inspector inspection reports for the correctness & completeness.

•      Preparation and tracking of Inspection Look Ahead schedules/ Monthly Inspection plan &Costs.

•      Preparation of flash report, weekly report, expediting status report, Vendor performance report & Project closer out report for the 

         Project. Issuance of Monthly progress monitoring report for all vendors

•      TPI coordination worldwide and follow up on continual basis for the inspection arrangement and arranging inspection reports from the 

         Agency.

•      Smooth Coordination with management and other discipline clients for inspection related activities.

•      Ensure that all unresolved open concerns are continually followed up with the appropriate parties and where necessary highlight to 

         Management.

•      Ensure site pre commissioning and commissioning activities 

•      Coordinate with Client to address all Projects Quality related queries.

•      Prepare and attend client and management meeting at regular intervals.

•      Ensure final documentations are compiled and submitted by suppliers. And final dossier     submission to the clients.
