I have worked as systems engineer, consultant, presales architect and solution architect in delivery and sales job functions. I currently work as a ‘Technical Solution Architect’ for ‘Kyndryl Solutions Pvt ltd’, previously known as ‘IBM GTS’. My technical skill sets are traditional, and software defined LAN/WAN technologies, data networking, Network Security, IP telephony, and telepresence. Responsibilities:

• Network, Network Security, Unified Communications, Video/Telepresence, Contact Center, Public/Private cloud Network Solution Development as per customer requirements.
• Design solutions for Go-To-Market Deals across the globe, Primarily for Middle East and Africa and Secondarily for APAC
• Attend Customer meeting to understand Pain Points and requirements to tailor the solution
• Attend Customer Workshops, Educate the customer on the requirements, Advocate about Kyndryl offerings with case studies
• Evaluate partner/3rd Party Vendor solutions and integrate with master solution
