Right now, I am working as an MIS / IT manager with my current employer, I am handling the following things:

All MIS Monitoring- In MIS, I am working as lead and managing the MIS team, I help my MIS team when they are stuck to developing the logic (SQL Queries, VBA code/ any technical issue) in order to generate the required report or data.  

Management of IT - IN IT, I am handling all the necessary software(System software / Application Software) and digital peripherals for the company and side by side monitoring the development of IN house Web Applications & Mobile Applications.

We are developing a revolutionary web and mobile app for the waste management domain and it is almost the finishing stage in terms of development and coming for UAT.
AFTER UAT we will use it for our company and will sale as a service to other companies as paid service to manage their waste management work.

My Role:

I am monitoring the software development as per our business domain requirements, managing the UAT, giving the training to our team members to use the application as per their role and collecting their feedback, and many more.

Right now, I am working as MIS and IT Manager in my present company. as an MIS manager, I am handling the 4 to 5 MIS executives’ team, they all send me the MIS reports, I verify them and present to management, if the any team member stuck in creation of report, I resolve the issues and develop the logic for them so that they can develop the report.

As an IT manager, I manage all the software as and hardware needs of the company.

our company developing a web application and mobile application for himself so that they can automate the business process, in this work I am acting as work domain knowledge provider to the software development team.

Before here, I was working in Ezimax technologies private limited as an MIS manager performing various activities in the company, like software/hardware purchases for the company and was managing the MIS needs of the company.

From 2009 to the end of 2015, I was doing my business, I started my business from Wellverse Technology private limited with my two friends after shutdown the Wellverse, I joined my family business as IT consultant but due to family diversion in family, I had lost the business and had to Restart my carrier as an MIS executive from ezimax technologies.

Before business, I was working in Rsystem International Limited as a windows and web business applications developer and before Rsystem, I was working with the same profile in Conqsys information technologies private limited.
