Successfully performed development of M&E plan including M&E framework , identify and finalized key indicator based on project proposal and performance management plan,  designing /development of MIS tools /development of online and offline application for data collection and report generation, monthly data collection from different districts/states, data compilation, data analysis and generation of various analytical reports; conducted data quality assessment and ensured timely data submission, prepared semi-annual and annual reports and submitted to donor and top management

My overall responsibilities include development of complete M&E plan and its implementation.Designing of MIS/data collection formats/tools development of offline and online application for data entry and report generation, Provided training to field and facility staff on MIS/datacollection and M&E process.Common responsibilities, Data collection from different districts/state, data compilation data analysis and generating various analytical reports and dashboard and sending to head quarter and prepare various presentation on program progress and share with management and review meetings. Conducting data Quality assessment and ensure timely and accurate data submission tohead quarter. Fully involved in preparing semi-annual and Annual Reports, Case Studies and submitted to Donor and top management.

I did PG Diploma in computer Application, Masters in Science (Information Technology), also I have done the Masters in Arts (Sociology)
