Hi, My Name is Vinod Jadhav, and BSc Graduate. I am 7 Year experienced professional. I have worked as a Claims processor, KYC and AML analysts and policy servicing executive in Insurance Industry.

• Processing claims like Surrender, Transfer and Maturities requests, checking forms and documentation of claims and releasing funds in client’s accounts.
• Managing Workflow Systems and handling client’s Queries and Complaints regarding their accounts, resolving their queries, and responding back by on Chat-box, emails and Phone calls.
• Processing Top-up Premium payments and applying any money in suspense against the accounts and clearing suspense off the General Ledger.
• KYC- checking Verification of Client Identity by checking Primary and Secondary IDs, Address proofs etc of Clients, Nominees, Beneficiaries, Power attorneys, Trustees and Matching Signatures of Old and New documents, Forms etc.
• Anti-Money Laundering checks, sanctions Screening, thereby verifying Bank accounts with third party portals, classifying clients according to the risk class, asking for additional documents if money Laundering and KYC checks failed thereby following complete due diligence procedure.
• Entering Billing transactions on accounts on which payment is received through Cheque, ACHs, Agent Premium Invoices and Contact Centre call requests or directs bills, EFTs and allotments and clearing Money in and out suspense in General Ledgers.
