I am writing to express my interest in your esteemed institution's Assistant Professor position in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.

I hold a Ph.D. from VIT University, Chennai Campus and possess 14 years of experience in both teaching and research. Currently, as an Assistant Professor at Chennai Institute of Technology, I have developed and delivered a course on Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Robotics, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, Finite Element Analysis, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing, Python, C and  Introduction to Java. Additionally, I have played a key role in curriculum development and mentoring students for placement and research projects. 
 

Highly experienced Mechanical Engineering professional with 14+ years in academia, specializing in Mechatronics, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and AI/ML applications. Successfully completed Ph.D. from VIT University focused on Nebulizer Flow Analysis. Proven track record in securing six published patents (2023-2025) and publishing in high-impact journals. Expertise in delivering hands-on instruction in Robotics, FEA and Programming (Python/Java) coupled with strong experience in curriculum development and academic administration (NBA Coordinator).

My academic background is deeply rooted in computational engineering and interdisciplinary applications. I successfully completed my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, Chennai Campus in February 2024 where my research culminated in the thesis, "Flow Analysis of Nebulizer." This work focuses specifically on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) applied to biomedical devices effectively linking core Mechanical Engineering principles with modern healthcare technology. This foundation is complemented by an M.E. in CAD/CAM (2009–2011) from Madha Engineering College (Anna University), which provided deep technical expertise in computational modeling tools like CAD, CAM  and FEA directly supporting my current research and teaching portfolio.
