CompletionEngineer (15years’ Experience) with sound knowledge onTurnover/Completion software systems, datapopulation and the systemisation process. Able to administrate the completion software and Handover the Construction/Commissioning Dossiers as per the quality guidelines.

• Assist in WorkPack Preparations
• Identify the required tags for Completions and prepare Load list for the CCMS.
• Prepare tags for the 132 kv substation - switch gears , transformers , cables etc and assign construction/commissioning ITR’s 
• Assign check sheets for each of the tag items as per the Tag type matrix.
• Implement the CMMS Change request Notice and keep the records correctly. 
• Manage to conduct walk down for Systems Electrical, Instrument, Piping, Telecom, and Civil. Walk along with the systems and mark all the punch lists to get signed by concerned parties.
• Conduct post walk down meetings and categorize the punch list to get updated in to the turnover software correctly.
• Keep the Punch list records in discipline/Subsystem wise correctly.
• Day to day coordination with Contractor to collect the copies of completed “A” ITR’s and makes sure the entry in GoCCMS.
• Collect all Technical Queries and make sure the entry in GoCCMS.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to the management about the progress of construction, commissioning.
• Arrange daily Turnover meetings.
• Ensures that the CCMS system is operating in a reliable way.
• Ensures that the data entry in the system is done following the Project Completions Strategy.
• Delivers training sessions to relevant personnel to ensure that the CMS system is operated in a reliable and efficient way.
• Provides training to Construction and Commissioning Discipline team leads have the necessary skills to run front reports and get sub-system turnover status.
