Hello, my name is Virat Sahni, and I am a Human Resources Recruiter with more than 15 years of experience working with both national and international companies across a variety of industries. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse teams and organizational cultures, which has given me a comprehensive view of the recruitment landscape and the ability to adapt to different business environments.
Experience
My core expertise lies in the onboarding process—a stage of recruitment that I believe is crucial not just for employee satisfaction, but for long-term retention and productivity. I’ve designed and managed onboarding programs that are structured, engaging, and aligned with both the company’s strategic goals and the individual’s career development. From pre-boarding communication to first-day experiences and integration during the first few months, I ensure that every new hire feels informed, connected, and empowered from the start.
Throughout my career, I have also participated in and completed various professional training programs and certifications related to recruitment and HR best practices. These have equipped me with advanced knowledge in candidate engagement, interview techniques, cultural fit assessments, and the use of technology in hiring.
I take great pride in my ability to guide both candidates and hiring teams through efficient and human-centered recruitment processes. I believe that successful hiring doesn't end with the signed contract—it begins there.
In addition to English, I am fluent in Hindi and Bengali, which has allowed me to interact with a broader range of candidates and colleagues, and to navigate multicultural work environments with ease.
