I have several years experience of cnc machining . I have 15 years experience in cnc machine shop & 4 years of conventional machines. I have also experience in inspection components , complete knowledge of tooling, programming on siemens & fanuc controls.

Complete setup of cnc machines like tooling , workpiece , tooling setting

Solid knowledge of inspection instruments  like  vernier , micrometers, 2d hight guage , dial guages etc

Programming on siemens or as well as fanuc system

Keep records of production 

Regular inspection of components after regualr interval of machine

Three years  advance diploma in mechanical engineering  from Government Polytechnic Nilokheri in 1997 - 2000
