During my tenures, worked meticulously in developing and mapping competition footsteps and designing go-live protocol with localized flavor in new markets.

POS designing and go-live strategy for the geo markets with product development in markets like Srilanka, India, and GCC gave the flair for innovations. As ops and Sales support lead, designed and delivered the complete life cycle of partners. Managing automation-driven projects which were linked with productivity is key to supporting the P&L. 

Understanding the retail consumer behavior in various geo regions has provided enough data to analyze/decode and launch campaigns “ as to how to delight them and bring smile on their faces “.Repeat vs new onboarding of consumers for products hasn’t been so easy but with various marketing campaigns and assisting better strategy supported in goal deliverance. 

Working in an e-payments solution like Wallets, a Block chain-driven pipe for transferring monies between two regions has been fascinating. As the lead, worked in executing other projects especially mention in connecting with telecom-operated e- wallets.
