Presently functioning as QHSE Superintendent, for past 1.5 years on dry fleet of Synergy Marine, Singapore managed vessels based out of Chennai, India.

Implement company’s Safety Management System policies. Ensuring that premises are operating in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment Protection & Pollution Prevention laid down policies. Management of change process, Integrated ISO standards, carry out internal audits & ensure that these audits are completed in line with the Safety Management Systems Manual (SMS)

Review risk assessments, safety meetings, management reviews and permit to work Approvals, SMS manuals review, Forms & checklists review.

Incident investigation and report preparation,

Fleet Alerts, Drills, Safety Campaigns preparation,
