I am having 16+ years of Software Testing experience. In which, 5 years worked with Unisys India as Test Manager. As a Test Manager I am responsible in delivering end to end test deliverables for Main Release, Recovery Release and Patch Releases. I am even responsible for Task Management and Resource Management as i am handling 36 QA members team(Functional testing - Manual test team, Regression Testing - Automation Test Team - Selenium Java, Performance Testing - JMeter)

16+ years hands on experience in Project Management related to Quality Assurance via Test and Analysis – 

• Good Product test ability – exposure to the lifecycle of product quality development. – Proposals,

Test Strategies, Test Planning, Environment Setup, Test Closure Reporting, Hardware, Software, Integration, Testing, and Documentation, Customer interaction, Management updates and Release.

• Specific emphasis on Functional Test, Automation Regression Test, System Integration Test, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Defect Management utilizing Agile, Waterfall and Iterative Deployment Methodologies. 
• Hands on experience in managing work and resources in both on-site and offshore delivery models.
• Responsible for managing 36 QA engineers and multiple projects (TCoE- Test Center of Excellence).
• Was responsible in increasing test coverage of automation from 65% to 80% that in turn increased the regression efficiency by reducing release cycle from 3 weeks to 2 weeks.
• Awarded Standing and global recognition for demonstrating Generic Test Automation Framework.
• Implemented Buddy Testing approach – by reducing 20% of defect count and increase the product quality.
• Came up with recommendation and implemented with defect threshold for raising alert whenever number of defects created in a sprint is greater than number of user stories
• Team of teams concept to hire/share internal resources , train on new tools/frameworks that would help in up skilling the resources (TCoE)
• Handled multiple roles – Test Manager, Manager Delivery-Testing, Scrum Master and Onshore-Offshore Test Coordinator. 
• Collaborate with SMEs of various teams, Project Manager and Client to achieve project goals and fulfill project timelines including reviewing business and software requirement documents.
