  • Copiously experienced in Delivery Management, Project Scope, System Study, Business Blueprint & Gap Analysis, Customizing R/3, Integration Testing, preparation of functional specifications for ABAP reports, and Integration with other modules. 
  • Experience in delivering the entire S/4 HANA and SAP R/3 project implementation. End-to-end (Analyze, Plan, Build, Test, Deploy, and Provide Hyper Care Support, as well as Post-Installation Support, Rollouts, and Upgrades)

 Responsible for Program Management S4 Hana Implementation of the Global Template for APAC countries and Japan Head Quarter and Manufacturing Plants. 

Major Responsibilities: GAP Analysis, Solution Design, Build and Testing, Cutover, Go live, and Hypercare.

Lead the Business Process transformation for APAC Countries and Japan HQ &and Manufacturing plants. Managing operations for a Global ERP implementation program of Shiseido.

SAP- Modules, S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, Ariba, WebMethods, Success factor, GRC, Solman, MS Applications 
  • Facilitate and lead fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and other corporate systems team members such as ITD, RTR, PTP, OTC, BPC, BI, Basis.
  • S4 System Changes, Vendor Coordination, Inputs from the global team on Design and build. Input from the country PM changes in the legacy system / Interfaces by local vendors.
  • Project scoping, estimating, scheduling, executing, and monitoring, risk management, work plan management, human resource management, contract management.
  • Provide guidance to projects and operations on the appropriate use of the platform and development solutions.
  • Manage a large, diverse, and globally dispersed team of SAP Consultants & developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables are delivered. FSD/TSD/ UT/FUT/SIT/Regression Testing/UAT are performed. 
  • Lead the transformation of SAP thru the re-engineering of extensive legacy business processes. Work closely with other departments to meet performance and scalability expectations for SAP environment.
  • Team Size is 250 in India, and resources spread across, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. 

Education

EDUCATION:      M.E. (Mech)Prod., M.B.A (MKT)

 

  • Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, M.E. with Production Engineering as specialisation.
  • Master of Business Administration, MBA in marketing management.
