I began my career as a sales agent in real estate, gaining experience in sales, customer management, and resolving inquiries. After that, I joined Fixymo, a startup, where I worked on various tasks including market research, identifying product needs, gathering customer feedback, and solving their queries. I spent 9 months there. Currently, I work at 24/7ai as a customer advisor, where I handle customer inquiries over the phone, assist with product usage, and collaborate with tech support and sales teams to resolve complex issues. In total, I have 1.2 years of experience at 24/7ai.
