Acting as project Manager for assigned journeys (Asset/Liability/Card/etc.) basis business or regulatory requirements , understanding API related requirements, issues.
Functional issue identification within different Journeys of Bank’s Digital platform and end to end resolution by co- coordinating with respective stakeholders. Conducting UAT,Functional audit and Info Sec audit.
Analysis of Data points basis report generated using UTM parameters and Adobe codes, at field level - Analysis of customer drop off reason and review/ modification of journeys periodically.
Process walkthrough, Test scenerio designing,, observation resolution, RD/CN/CR/ JIRA/SNOW creation and tracking.
