Seasoned professional with 14.5 years' diverse experience in operations and management consulting roles - Leveraged my background in economics, financing and business analysis to tackle problems in public, private and social sector.

During my initial 5.5 years in Business Banking (financing working capital to MSMEs) - had a hands on experience in Sales, Credit Assessment, Business analysis & Client Relationship Management.

During the next 5+ years in the Social sector- had a hands on experience in different aspects of Philanthropic projects (Natural Resource Management & Rural livelihoods development): Strategic grant making, Program design, Program Management, Monitoring & Evaluation and leading a team and NGO partners- for project implementation at grassroots.

Then in the last 3.5 years, I've been working on strategy consulting and implementation support engagements (Business Development and project execution) for Development Funding Institutions (DFIs), Social enterprises, Govt departments and Corporates.
