Over 28 years of experience in project management, execution, tendering and business development in Power Transmission, Distribution, Substation Bays and Telecom passive infrastructure.

Executed/executing several projects of power transmission line from 132 kV to 800 kV for power utility of India, Bhutan and Bangladesh with technical and financial accountability. 

Bagged several turnkey and tower supply orders from Central Power Utility, State Electricity Boards and Private Developer. New business opportunity explored via Joint Ventures and associations to meet stringent Pre-Qualification requirements of tenders resulting in orders.

• Spearheaded the power transmission line business with taking care of multiple high-valued projects by defining project scope, goals, and look after P&L responsibilities of construction and project execution.
• Led Project Managers to ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
• Close coordination with other internal departments such as Design / Tendering / Commercial/ Procurement etc.
• Monitors project progress, provides financial control and ensures quality of the project.
• To prepare and finalize detailed construction cost estimate and also get involved in tender discussions and finalizations, and documentation for project funding authorization.
• Participate in or oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, Contractors, and other outside vendors and selecting the vendors. 
• Interacting with governmental branches and regulatory agencies as required to ensure that Projects complies with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Monitors progress, provides financial control and ensures quality       of project.                                 
• Develops relations with Clients, Local Government authorities, Senior Personnel's, Vendors, Sub Contractors etc.
• Manage, guide and motivate the team members for completing the project within the given time
