• Perform audit and analysis relating to cost control, validation of invoices and all 
• Created complex spreadsheets and invoices for AP, confirming payments of all state and local taxes 
• Familiarity with telecommunication terms, service type and carrier billing platform
• Review and reconcile invoices to ensure they are accurate, liaising with Third Party Vendor or key stakeholders for any queries.
• Oversee the order to pay process, including service order fulfillment, inventory management, billing reconciliation, supplier payments.
• Audit invoices for circuit identifier information and billing errors

• Maintain complex and accurate documentation to support disputed items in accordance with appropriate telecom contracts and tariffs and in compliance with Corporate Accounting practices and policies
• Track and verify quality of funding data from all sources.
• Establishing efficient workflow processes, monitoring daily productivity and implementing modifications to improve overall effectiveness of personnel and activity.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate provider claim issues and changes.
• Validate of data transformations and perform end to end data validation.
• Discuss changes in internal processes and procedures to enforce execution.
• Communicate with credits, collections, customer service and operations department members to assist with and remedy billing issues.
