Provide technical expertise and work planning for the AUTOSAR Communication (Com) team, and lead team activities.  Design and implement software modules for ECU development based on the AUTOSAR Classic framework.  Configure, develop, and integrate components within the BSW layer, including COM, MCAL, RTE, and OS.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software integration on embedded systems.  Develop and test communication protocols (CAN, LIN, NM) to ensure seamless data exchange between ECUs.  Implement software updates and bug fixes to maintain high-quality and reliable embedded software.  Support validation, integration, and troubleshooting using tools such as Vector CANoe and debugging platforms like TRACE32.
