 Preparing and issuing order acknowledgement to customers, inventory control, order processing, PO processing - SAP ERP.
 Coordinating with internal order mngmt team to place the order to factory and follow-up until receive the shipment to stores.
 Co-ordinating internally with stores & Logistics for the product delivery to customers.
 Co-ordinating with finance team for advance payment & to understand the credit limit of the customer.
 Maintain stock status, order status, open quotation status, credit block status and tracking partial dispatch material.
 Manages goods and services claims and escalation point for customer queries.
