• Worked closely with candidates. Check for the candidate's willingness to relocate to the project location in case he/she is not a local candidate and ensure the candidate is able, willing, and ready to take the position. 
• Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder and social media Platforms.
• Process candidates from initial contact through the entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow-up.
• Good at resume writing. Ensure resume appropriately reflects experience and requirements. 
• Strong knowledge of Tax terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2. 
• Worked on Corp to Corp (C2C) Positions through preferred vendors.
• Experience in marketing H1B, US Citizen, GC candidates.
