I have 3.10 years of experience in the publishing industry. I have good IT 
skills and I also worked on Editorial Manager, ScholarOne, and Open 
Journal system. My work experience has provided me with excellent written 
and verbal communication skills, good time management, and the ability to 
produce a high standard of work amidst tight, ongoing deadlines. I am self-
motivated and I'm am always willing to learn new skills to enable me to 
become a valuable employee of any organization. I consider myself to be 
hardworking and enthusiastic. An honest reliable individual with the ability 
to work well within a team. I enjoy the challenge of working under pressure 
as I am extremely self-motivated and capable of working on my own
