Performing basic housecleaning duties, which include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting as needed. Washing and changing bedding at the end of each house-sitting job.

Supervises the feeding and dressing of clients who, by reason of advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency, need supervision.

Assists clients with other activities that are related to their independent living but that they cannot perform alone due to health or age limitations.

Great initiative is needed when working with clients, as well as a quick response, especially in stressful situations.

Appropriately securing homeowners’ houses at the end of each day, which includes shutting windows, closing curtains or blinds, locking doors, and setting up alarm systems

Contacting the appropriate service providers to repair problematic plumbing and air conditioning systems.

Caring for homeowners’ pets as required, which includes providing them with food and water, cleaning up after them, and scheduling veterinarian appointments should they fall ill.
