Yohan D Pagare

Myself, Yohan D Pagare working as an Admission Counsellor. As per my past experience I have 9 years of experience in Placements and 15 years experience in the field of Administration and HR.

I have 24 years experience in various sectors like Training and Placement Department, Administration Incharge at District Employment Exchange, Colleges and Institutions, Liasoning Officer for Placements in State and Central Government offices.  

Approx 19.5 years as Placements, HR Recruitments and Administration working in various offices and 4 years experience in other official clerical work. 

Currently, I am working with Chirayu University Bhopal as Admission Counsellor Consultant from July, 2025 onwards to till now. 

I have also worked at E-Herex Technologies Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager Workforce Placements, Mittal Group of Institutes, Bhopal as Training and Placement Officer / HR, Employment Consultant and Career Counselor at NCS, Ministry of Labour and Employment Government of India. I am looking after the Training and Counseling sessions of students before placements, I am also handling the work of Campus recruitment drives of the various sectors students of B.TECH; MBA; BBA; B.Com. PHARMA; B.Sc.; BCA; B.ED; DIPLOMA MECHANICAL etc. I am assisting the AO of the college and other administrative work. I am also doing liasoning work and other Govt projects work initiatives etc. 

In addition to my work at Mittal Group I am working as HR Executive in the HR department regarding recruitment process of faculties and staff & other administrative work. 

I also worked with the National Career Services, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India as Employment Consultant and Career Counselor at different Districts Employment Exchanges during my tenure, I handling the work of Career Counseling the students of schools and colleges, institutes, conducting Job Fairs and Mega Job Fairs in colleges, institutes and in open campus, give guidance to all the students/candidates that how to apply for the government positions through Government Job Portals in various government offices/departments.
