• Two years 10 months as Manager – Operations and four years as Team Leader -Operations in Healthcare Industry
• 1 Full Life Cycle implementation experience along with profound experience in Support and Testing
• Have good understanding of SAP MM Configuration and well proficient with Subcontracting Process in line with SAP concepts of Release Procedure

• LSMW and MASS – Executed to load and update data into various Master data and Business transactions.
• IDOC – Worked on RFC destinations, logical system definitions and distribution model for distributing Master Data using ALE and IDOCS.
• Used Data Migration tool LSMW and ALE/EDI/IDOC for maser data transfer between SAP ECC and legacy system.
• Maintained material master and vendor master and data loads using LSMW.
• SQVI used to generate simple reports as per business requirement.
• Experience in export documentation, sales and marketing, healthcare documentation, customer relationship, and team management at different levels of responsibility in Healthcare Industry.
• Represented India operations in one quality improvement and two productivity enhancement projects.
• Good verbal and writing skills gained on the job and through conscious personal efforts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Six-sigma yellow-belt certified.

Basic knowledge of Technical Writing.
